COVID-19

Context

The rapid emergence of COVID19 across the world has led to massive mortality and morbidity. The genome sequencing of the Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) can provide clues regarding how the virus has evolved and variants within the genome. These in turn can help for diagnosis and drug discovery.

Once the genome sequencing is done, the subsequent data analysis requires substantial computational resources. The idea is to provide such a computational platform for the researchers to quickly upload their sequencing data and get the results.
